Vendor Guidelines
1. All vendor spaces are on a First-Come, First-Served Basis which means no spaces are held without payment.
2. Wall Space is very limited so if you are requesting wall space, please make sure to mark it on your application. If you are in need of electricity, then that too must be marked on the application.
3. Tables may be purchased on-line or you may email us at vendors.fandomfest@yahoo.com, or call us at 502-713-3787 fax:310-807-8327
4. Table Spots are NOT guaranteed.
5. Wall Space is extremely limited and must be indicated at time of purchase.
6. Electricity is available and must be arranged for prior to convention.
7. Vendor’s tables must be operational during the entire time the dealer’s room is open
8. Vendor’s exhibits may not extend further then the purchased space (including running into the aisle)
9. All merchandise sold by all vendors is strictly from one collector to another and no rights are given or implied.
10. Fandom Fest LLC and Fright Night Entertainment, LLC has the right to refuse any displayed materials we find inappropriate for public viewing including pornographic materials and extremely violent in nature.
11. Each vendor receives 2 weekend passes with their booth rental (regardless of number of booths)
12. Author/Artist/Filmmaker tables will receive only 1 weekend pass (regardless of number of tables)
13. Tattoo Booths will receive 2 weekend passes (regardless of number of booths)
14. Additional weekend passes may be purchased for a discounted price of $30.00.
15. Table sharing is NOT allowed unless it has been approved in advance by the Show Promoter.
16. No refund on booth/table purchases. If you must cancel, you can use the paid amount as credit for future shows.
17. All Licensing requirements for products sold or services performed are sole responsibility of vendor.
18. All Taxes from items sold at your booth/table is the sole responsibility of the vendor.
19. All Tattoo Artists must be registered with the City of Louisville
20. Any disagreement between vendors and customers are sole responsibility of vendors.
21. Vendors agree to hold harmless Fandom Fest LLC, Fright Night Entertainment LLC, The Galt House and any of its staff from loss or damage of merchandise or injury sustained during attendance at its events.
